About Troy B.

Troy B. Daniel graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 1996. He completed law program at a moment when the legal landscape was moving, and the diploma provided a basis for a career spent practicing in his domestic state. The classroom and the campus gave him the credential. The subsequent decades gave him the knowledge.

After completing his law school training Mr. Daniel based his practice in Michigan. He is certified to practice in the state and has built a nearby practice that serves people and organizations. His career has been grounded within the everyday work of a state lawyer: advising clients, making ready filings, and appearing in court when necessary. Those tasks make up the bulk of what he does, and that they form how clients describe their interactions with him.

Much of Mr. Daniel’s time has been devoted to handling matters that arise beneath Michigan regulation. He handles casework that calls for awareness to state statutes, local guidelines, and court process. He also spends time on transactional matters and client counseling. The balance between legal proceedings and advisory work has diverse over the years, depending at the needs of the humans and businesses who convey matters to his office.

He operates Daniel Law Office, PLC, the place he works directly with clients and manages the firm’s legal workflow. The workplace handles intake, case preparation, courtroom appearances and negotiated settlements when the ones are appropriate. Colleagues and clients who have labored with the office note a simple strategy to legal issues and an emphasis on practical results rather than legal theory.

As of 2026 Mr. Daniel keeps an active practice in Michigan through Daniel Law Office, PLC, representing clients in things arising beneath state law and providing counsel on a variety of civil legal issues.
