About Hannah Elizabeth
Hannah Elizabeth Roberts graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2020 after earning a Bachelor of Science in social work from Eastern Michigan University in 2016. Her academic trail moved from social welfare and community systems into the study of regulation. That combination shapes how she approaches instances and clients.
She started practicing in Michigan quickly after law school. In 2021 she joined Kirsch Daskas Law Group as an associate lawyer. Her docket there has included trial preparation, motion practice and case management in criminal things. She has also been concerned in appellate filings thru memberships that connect trial work to appeals.
Roberts keeps memberships across a variety of expert organizations. She belongs to the State Bar of Michigan and participates in the bar’s felony law area. She is a member of Criminal Defense Lawyers of Michigan and the Young Lawyers Section, and she holds memberships with the Oakland County Bar Association, the State Appellate Defender Office, Wayne County Indigent Defense Counsel and the Solo and Small Firm Section. Those affiliations give her ordinary exposure to local court procedures, appellate developments and indigent defense practice.
Her background in social work informs client interactions. Colleagues describe her as attentive to client needs and thorough in developing mitigation and factual narratives. In practice she spends time making ready witnesses, organizing evidence-gathering process and drafting court filings that tackle each legal issues and the underlying private conditions of clients.

Her appellate activity stems from her connections with the State Appellate Defender Office and her own curiosity in preserving and advancing legal arguments past the trial courtroom.

Membership in county and statewide organizations maintains her recent on modifications in statutes, case regulation and courtroom practice. That ongoing involvement additionally places her in ordinary dialogue with prosecutors, public defenders and private counsel throughout Michigan.
She practices regulation in Michigan and is an associate at Kirsch Daskas Law Group. Her current practice facilities on felony protection work, including trial and appellate representation in state courts.
