In addition to his state licenses, Robert W. Pinard is likewise admitted to practice before the USA District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as the USA District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Robert W. Pinard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University in 2001 before pursuing his Doctor of Jurisprudence at New York Law School, wherein he graduated in 2004. During his time in law faculty, Mr. Pinard clerked for Kings County highest court Justice Muriel S. Hubsher. He used to be additionally a member of the New York Law School Moot Court Association and purchased the celebrated Morris Orland Award for Excellence in Writing and Oral Advocacy.
Active in the legal network, Robert W. Pinard is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association.
