About Kiomeiry

Kiomeiry Csepes earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law–Camden in 2013 after starting regulation research in 2010. Her time at Rutgers covered education beyond the classroom; she finished the Family Law Mediation Training Certificate program there. The combination of a proper law degree and facilitated negotiation training formed her early strategy to client work.

She constructed her practice in New Jersey. Over the years she has maintained memberships in expert groups that mirror the topics she handles. She is a current member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association, and the Mercer County Bar Association. Those affiliations have given her prepared access to see networks and ongoing legal training.

Csepes’ practice blends elements of immigration work and household law. The AILA club signals ongoing involvement in immigration issues, whilst the facilitated negotiation certificate signals preparation to address family disputes through impartial processes in addition to through litigation if important. Her cases have required a mix of procedural information and client counseling. She works with people navigating immigration processes and with families looking for decision in custody, help, or associated matters.

Her profession trail led her to open a solo practice. Running a small firm has intended dealing with a range of tasks past court work. She manages client intake, legal strategy, and the administrative aspect of the workplace. That direct personal involvement allows for direct client contact from the first meeting thru case decision.

Colleagues and expert contacts describe her as thorough in preparation and steady in court. She prioritizes jargon-free explanations so clients recognize options and subsequent steps. She also attracts on mediation education to explore resolution where appropriate, and on immigration institutions’ assets for technical updates.

Today she operates under the name Law Office of Kiomeiry Csepes in New Jersey. Her practice encompasses immigration and family law things, and she or he continues to stay active in bar and specialty associations that support those areas of law.
