About Nicholas

Nicholas Stark studied two different topics as an undergraduate and returned to regulation later. He earned a B.A. from Colorado State University in 2004, finishing coursework in political science and microbiology. He then moved on to Charlotte School of Law and received his J.D. in 2014. Those degrees take a seat on the start of a career that has moved between small firm practice and regional office work.

His early legal knowledge began at Bollinger Law Office, PC. He joined the company as a regulation clerk in 2015 and have become a lawyer there in 2018. The time at Bollinger gave him a grounding in day-to-day practice. He treated client intake, drafted pleadings, and worked on litigation matters under supervising lawyers.
