About Justin D.

Justin D. Bice built a career that started in small-town classrooms and ended in courtrooms throughout two states. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Methodist University in 2004 and completed his juris doctor on the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008. The dates mark milestones; the work that observed has defined his expert lifestyles.

While at law school he served as Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business in 2007. That editorial role gave him courtroom-prepared habits: careful studying, clean argument and attention to precedent. Those habits shaped his early years as an affiliate at James, McElroy & Diehl, P.A., the place he started practicing in 2008 and handled civil litigation things for private clients.

In 2012 he opened his own practice, founding Bice Law LLC. As owner and lawyer he expanded the firm’s geographic reach and its docket. Over the years he has pursued claims on behalf of people in private injury matters and different civil disputes. He has argued motions, negotiated settlements and filed appeals when necessary. The pass from associate to company founder changed his every day regimen, however not the central task: representing clients and advancing their legal claims.

He holds admission to a variety of courts. That listing includes the North Carolina and South Carolina bars, the United States highest court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and all federal district courts in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Professional club is a part of his practice. He maintains memberships within the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and nearby bar teams in Mecklenburg and York counties.

Bice Law LLC operates from multiple offices across the Carolinas. The company maintains places in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Charlotte, Greenville, Winston-Salem, Raleigh and Greensboro. The multiple offices permit the firm to handle cases in state and federal courts throughout both states and to meet clients where they live.

He has knowledge taking cases through discovery, settlement discussions and trial when required. He also handles appellate work within the Fourth Circuit and before different federal tribunals.

Today Justin D. Bice continues to practice thru Bice Law LLC, representing clients in private injury and related civil legal proceedings throughout North and South Carolina, managing a multi-office practice that serves cities and cities throughout the region.
