About Miranda
Miranda Soucie built a legal trail from the classroom to the courtroom. She earned a B.A. in Theatre Education from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2007 and finished her J.D. at the University of Illinois College of Law in 2010. Those years shaped an approach that balances preparation and presence.
She started her professional life at Spiros Law, P.C., joining the company in 2010 as a law clerk. She moved right into a leadership role there and now serves as a companion. Her colleagues describe her as steady in high-strain settings. She is licensed to practice in each Illinois and Florida and holds licenses to every state’s bar.
Soucie expanded her realistic training through the American Association for Justice’s Justice Leadership Academy. She has been lively in bar and trial organizations since early in her career. She holds positions at the National College of Advocacy Executive Committee and serves as secretary of the Women’s Trial Lawyer Caucus, both starting in 2023. She is chair-elect of the Professional Negligence Section, a position she assumed in 2023. She additionally participates on the American Association for Justice government committee related to the women’s caucus, a post she has held since 2021.
