About Matthew Joseph
Matthew Joseph Hamilton constructed a foundation in both regulation and enterprise earlier than entering practice. He earned a J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Earlier, he completed a MBA in advertising on the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1994 and a B.S. in logistics there in 1991. Those degrees shaped a realistic approach to legal work and client service.
He began working as an attorney within the mid-Nineteen Nineties and has been associated with Hamilton & Associates, P.C. since 1995. That long tenure has given him continuity in handling client things and navigating the procedural needs of state and federal courts. Colleagues describe him as continuous under strain and adept at managing complicated case files over time.
Hamilton is admitted to practice in more than one jurisdictions. He holds admissions in Missouri and Kansas, and he is likewise licensed to the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court, allowing him to take appellate things beyond trial work. He has been lively in bar and litigator organizations since the Nineteen Nineties. He joined the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers in 1995 and has maintained a management membership there. He presently handles civil litigation throughout those jurisdictions, including appellate work within the Eighth Circuit and filings allowable earlier than the U.S. highest court.
