About Dayrell
Dayrell Scrivner earned his undergraduate diploma at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, receiving a B.B.A. in 1990. He stayed in Kansas City for law school and completed his J.D. on the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 1993. Those formative years based a foundation in business and legal training that formed the next levels of his work.
He began his professional legal career in Missouri, shifting into public service early on. In 2002 he served as Chief Assistant Prosecutor within the Stone County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. That role positioned him in courtroom work and case management, handling prosecutions at the county level and dealing along nearby regulation enforcement. Over time he shifted from public workplace to personal practice, bringing trial experience into his own company.
Outside courtroom work, Scrivner pursued expert education applicable to criminal justice and home-violence prosecution. He holds a Missouri Specialist Instructor License from the Missouri Department of Public Safety. He additionally finished training thru The National Institute on Prosecution of Domestic Violence, a software run by the Bureau of Justice Assistance at the U.S. Department of Justice. Those certifications mirror time spent on specialized instruction and education in prosecutorial and public-safety subjects.
He keeps active ties to the legal community in Missouri. Since 1999 he has been a member of the Forty-sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri Bar Association.
