John C. Nelson earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2008, completing coursework in litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Canisius College, awarded in 2001. Those educational years set the framework for a tradition that bridges courtroom work and community involvement.
