About Andrew

Andrew Steinhaus graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 2023. He began his legal studies in 2020 and completed the J.D. software 3 years later. During law program he mixed study room work with realistic legal experience, building the type of studies and drafting abilities that younger litigators have faith in.

In 2021 Steinhaus served as an intern in the 8th Judicial District for the Honorable James Bargnesi. That placement gave him weekday publicity to court procedure, pretrial motions and judicial choice-making. He labored on bench memos, observed proceedings and assisted with legal research for active instances assigned to the judge.

After law school Steinhaus moved into private practice and joined Difilippo, Flaherty & Steinhaus, PLLC. His position on the firm has involved client counseling, document preparation and representation in courtroom when things required it. Colleagues describe him as a methodical writer who approaches disputes by identifying the central legal questions early and then checking out them against the record.

Steinhaus is licensed to practice in New York. That state admission frames the geographic focus of his work and the procedural guidelines he applies in client matters. He has persisted to grow legal proceedings skills, including movement drafting and oral argument, whilst dealing with the day-to-day duties of case management.

Former supervisors highlight his court poise from the internship and early practice years. Steinhaus has mixed that courtroom exposure with a continuous workload of brief writing and client communications. He has taken assignments that require awareness to deadlines and the capacity to distill complicated factual history into concise legal arguments.

At Difilippo, Flaherty & Steinhaus, PLLC. he works as part of a small group. The firm placing has provided him regular client touch and possibilities to manage all levels of a topic, from intake thru resolution. That hands-on environment has formed his strategy to case preparation and client service.

He maintains a practice targeted on representing clients in things springing up under New York regulation. He now practices at Difilippo, Flaherty & Steinhaus, PLLC., handling a range of legal matters for clients in New York.
