About Norman
Norman Spencer earned his J.D. from Ohio State University in 2005. He studied regulation at some point of a period of evolving practice requirements, finishing his degree ready to enter company life and public practice. The law program years left him grounded in traditional legal research and court process, and he moved into practice quickly after commencement.
He established the Norman Spencer Law Group PC in 2007. The firm has been the middle of his expert life since then. Early years concerned normal duties for a brand new solo practitioner: client intake, drafting documents, and nearby court appearances. Over time the office expanded its ability to manage more complex things and to serve clients throughout state lines.
Spencer holds bar memberships in two neighboring states. He joined the State Bar of New Jersey in 2006 and have become a member of the State Bar of New York in 2007. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in matters that occur under both jurisdictions. He maintains those memberships and appears regularly in state courts and administrative forums within the area.
His practice is built around steady, realistic representation. He handles things that require attention to state statutes and procedural guidelines. That work often includes drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients at hearings. He works directly with clients to identify concrete steps and to control case timelines.
Colleagues and clients describe his strategy as matter-of-truth. He prioritizes clear communication and predictable processes. Cases are managed with an eye fixed toward procedural element and honest expectations. The office employs standard tools for case management and record preparation, and it coordinates with outside specialists when things require extra technical enter.
Outside the workplace, Spencer’s professional exercise has remained nearby and practice-targeted. He has not been famous for academy or bar management roles in public history to be had thru the company list. Instead, his time is largely devoted to client things and to the administration of the firm he founded almost 20 years in the past.
As of 2026 he continues to practice through the Norman Spencer Law Group PC, holding active bar memberships in New Jersey and New York and concentrating on state-degree things arising in those jurisdictions. His current practice makes a speciality of serving clients in New York and New Jersey thru his company.
