Debra J. Cohn moved into regulation after an undergraduate diploma in political science. She earned her J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2007, following a B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2003. Those years framed a continuous access into the New York legal community.
