About Albert B.
Albert B. Kukol took a nontraditional path to the regulation. He started his professional lifestyles in finance and accounting before returning to high school for a law degree in his late 30s. He earned a B.A. in anthropology from the College of William and Mary in 1975, observed by a MBA in finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1977. More than a decade later he completed his J.D. at Albany Law School in 1990.
The early part of Kukol’s career used to be grounded in monetary control. In 1980 he worked as Manager of Budget and Cost Accounting for United Health Services, Inc., a position that involved internal controls, budgeting, and monetary reporting. That experience knowledgeable his later legal practice, especially in areas the place legal matters intersect with monetary planning and fiscal administration.
After law program he joined Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP in 1990. He is admitted to practice in each New York and Pennsylvania. At the company he has treated matters that draw on his background in finance and making plans, blending legal analysis with realistic fiscal concerns. His credential as a Certified Financial Planner from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards displays that dual competence.
Kukol’s professional affiliations span numerous organizations that align with his practice interests. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association of the Southern Tier and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. He has been lively in the New York State Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association since the early Nineteen Nineties. He was a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys from 1999 till 2014.
