About Jordan Blue
Jordan Blue Charnetsky trained first as a social scientist. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2014. She persisted her studies at Syracuse University College of Law and received her J.D. in 2018. Those educational years mixed empirical thinking and doctrinal study. The result is an analytical approach that she brings to legal questions.
After law school, Charnetsky entered personal practice in New York. She is licensed to the New York bar and additionally holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a lawyer at Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP, where she works on things that continue in both state and federal venues. Her work requires courtroom preparation, client counseling and written advocacy.
Outside the firm, Charnetsky has pursued community work related to public health and recovery offerings. Since 2019 she has served on the Board of Directors of the Addiction Center of Broome County. That role places her on the intersection of legal, medical and social offerings discussions. Board service has added a steady strand of nonprofit governance to her expert activity.
