About William Robert

William Robert Noelker earned his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2010. He constructed his legal basis there and entered the profession as the new decade began. Classrooms and casebooks in law program gave him the basic equipment he would later use in private practice.

He founded William R. Noelker Lawyer at Law, PLLC in 2010 and has served as the company’s principal attorney since its inception. Establishing a solo practice formed the early years of his profession. He has managed the executive and substantive demands of running a small firm while dealing with client matters personally.

Noelker’s professional memberships include the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Bar Association. He maintains current membership in every organization. Those affiliations join him to friends throughout the state and the country and offer forums for continuing education and expert discussion.

His admitted jurisdictions include the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. That pairing lets in him to symbolize clients in state trial and appellate work as well as before the federal court of appeals that covers Kentucky. He has treated matters that require familiarity with procedural and appellate rules throughout the ones boards.

The realistic work of operating a solo practice has intended balancing courtroom appearances, short writing and client counsel. Managing case documents, submitting time limits and court procedures falls to Noelker because the firm’s lead lawyer. His practice reflects the daily needs of litigating in state courts and presenting problems in federal appellate proceedings when appeals occur.

Noelker works from a workplace located at 116 N. First Street. From there he meets clients, prepares filings and looks in courtroom as needed. He currently practices as the founding father of William R. Noelker Lawyer at Law, PLLC, dealing with things in Kentucky state courts and within the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
