About William P.
William P. Lalor earned his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University School of Law in 1996. He moved quickly into private practice after law school. The early decision set the course for a profession that alternated among company roles and in-residence litigation. Those youth supplied a base in both transactional settings and courtroom work.
He started his post-law program career as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in 1999. That role uncovered him to the intersection of enterprise and legal issues.
