Vytas Matthew Rimas is a certified attorney licensed to practice regulation in both California and Minnesota. He used to be admitted to the California State Bar in 1986. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Rimas is the founder and principal attorney at Rimas Law Firm PLLC, a regulation firm located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout Minnesota and California.
Mr. Rimas earned his law degree degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. Prior to law school, he finished his undergraduate education at the University of Minnesota, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. During his time at Golden Gate University, he used to be acknowledged with the National Writing Award from the University of Southern California Computer Law Center.
Mr. Rimas concentrates his practice in the regions of business law, highbrow estate, binding dispute resolution and mediation, appeals and appellate law, legal malpractice, coverage claims, and labor law. He represents people and businesses in matters involving breach of contract, property harm, patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret infringement, in addition to employment disputes.
