About Mark David

Mark David Luther trained at two famous institutions before entering private practice. He earned a J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law on the University of Arizona in 1973. Earlier he completed undergraduate research at George Washington University — Virginia Campus, Columbia College, where he read records and acquired his B.A.

His legal career started the year he completed law program. Since 1973 he has labored in personal practice. That continuity, over more than 5 decades, marks the through-line of his expert lifestyles. He has stored a continuous presence within the bar and maintained active expert memberships.

Luther is licensed to practice in Minnesota and is also licensed to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. Those admissions mirror a tradition that operates at each state and national levels. He has treated client things in state venues whilst retaining the credential to participate in hearings earlier than the country’s highest court.

For most of his profession he has labored out of a small firm setting. He operates the Mark Luther Law Office. Over the years he has balanced courtroom work, client counseling and the day-to-day demands of running a solo or small workplace practice. His longtime work in private practice has required adapting to modifications in law, process and client expectations.

Colleagues and clients who have labored with him note that his approach is continuous and pragmatic. He relies on years of regimen practice instead of on exposure or legal proceedings spectacle. Now in the later stages of an extended career, Luther continues to serve clients through the Mark Luther Law Office. His current practice makes a speciality of representing clients in Minnesota and handling things that occur in his licensed jurisdictions.
