About Travis Evan

Travis Evan Rice built his legal basis thru a steady development of education and hands-on work. He earned a J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2015 after completing a B.S. in records at Brigham Young University–Idaho in 2010. Earlier steps in his schooling include a G.E.D. finished in 2006. Those years set the stage for a career that moved quickly from support roles into advocacy.

He began operating within the nearby legal network as a legal secretary in the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney’s office in 2010. That early exposure to prosecutorial work gave him a view of case preparation and court process from the authorities side. In 2013 he served as a judicial extern for the Third Judicial District, an experience that further point of view at the bench and how judges handle evidence and motions. By 2014 he was serving beneath a restricted license as an assistant public defender on the Mimura Law Office, representing clients who couldn't afford private counsel. In 2017 he opened his own practice, operating as Travis Rice Lawyer at Law, PLLC.

Across those roles he encountered both prosecution and defense perspectives. The mix is reflected in how he strategies instances: awareness to procedure, cautious evaluate of records, and clear communication with clients about options and trade-offs.
