About Tara C.

Tara C. Dugo studied sociology before turning to law. She earned a B.A. from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2001 and later completed her J.D. at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2011. Her educational path mixed a curiosity in social systems with legal background, a background that formed the kinds of instances she would tackle early in her professional life.

She entered practice in Connecticut quickly following law school. Her first position listed is as an affiliate at Schoonmaker, George, Colin & Blomberg, P.C., starting in 2011. That position gave her court publicity and experience in civil matters. In 2013 she moved to Roberts Family Law as an affiliate, the place she treated home relations work and learned the procedural and client-control demands of family regulation practice.

Dugo spent the subsequent years constructing on that foundation. In 2018 she have become a senior lawyer at GraberRoberts, LLC, a role that expanded her case load and positioned her in a mentoring role for much less skilled attorneys. Two years later she released her personal company, turning into the managing lawyer of Dugo Law, LLC in 2020. She has treated divorce hearings, parental custody and parenting time disputes, and matters involving spousal and child support. Since founding Dugo Law, LLC she has taken on the jobs of advocate and manager. She continues to symbolize clients in household law matters and to supervise the practice’s daily operations. She maintains a lively presence in Connecticut legal circles and accepts things through her company. She currently practices household law and associated civil legal proceedings at Dugo Law, LLC.
