About Stephen
Stephen Burrow trained at two establishments known for rigorous packages. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 1988. He returned to graduate faculty at Tulane University School of Law and received his J.D. in 1993. Those academic years set the stage for a tradition formed by business and technical concerns.
