About Seth T.

Seth T. Mosebey began his path in law after completing undergraduate studies at Susquehanna University and earning his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law in 2006. He left campus with a law degree and a readiness to practice in Pennsylvania. His educational background anchors a continuous strategy to legal work and professional involvement.

Early in his career he joined Martson Law Offices. Over time he rose through the ranks and now serves as a shareholder at the firm. His position there combines case work, client counseling and company control. Colleagues describe him as methodical; he breaks issues into manageable parts and explains options in simple language.

Mosebey is active within the bar network. He holds memberships within the American Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, and the Juniata County Bar Association. He also serves on a Hearing Committee of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Disciplinary Board, a role that places him in the middle of expert ethics and disciplinary processes for the state. Outside of strictly legal circles he stays related to his undergraduate alma mater thru the Susquehanna University Alumni Board of Trustees.

That mix of nearby and statewide activity informs how he practices. He works within the Pennsylvania justice system and spends significant time engaged with courts, tribunals and fellow lawyers throughout the region. The hearing committee work gives him regular publicity to procedural and moral problems, and his bar association memberships keep him recent on advancements affecting client representation.

Clients and peers see Mosebey as continuous and realistic. He does not court exposure. Instead he focuses on the details that make a case or transaction move forward. At the company he balances client work with duties that come from being a shareholder, which includes mentoring younger lawyers and assisting shape workplace policies.

He keeps a base at Martson Law Offices and practices in Pennsylvania. His current practice concentrates on serving clients from that office and participating in professional and civic institutions that shape the state’s legal panorama.
