He has served as counsel to co-ops and condominiums, a public housing authority, a Section eight housing complex, and an operator of health golf equipment.

He has additionally served as unique zoning counsel to the Town of Eastchester. Mr. Davis is a member of the New York State Bar Association, serving in the Real Property, Environmental. Municipal Law Sections, and the Westchester and Northern Westchester Bar Associations. He has been recognized with attorney rating service’s highest “AV” peer evaluate ranking and was named a 2015 New York “Top Ranking Lawyer” in Land Use and Zoning Law in the National and American Law Journals. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Davis has been a long-time member of the Board of Directors and sponsor for both the Food Bank for Westchester and the Westchester Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.

He has also served as a member of the Animal Legal Defense Fund and the American Arbitration Association’s Construction and Mediation Panels. He is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Grievance and Lawyer Referral Panels and the ninth Judicial District’s Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Panel. A lifelong Westchester resident, Mr. Davis was raised in Peekskill and has lived in Somers for the beyond 25 years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his puppies and cats, cycling, gardening, and weightlifting. He is currently studying to play the piano and is understood for his cooking skills. He is a diehard Mets and Jets fan.
