About Robert Charles
Robert Charles Martin studied two very different subjects as an undergraduate. He earned a B.S. from Brigham Young University, majoring in psychology and English. He returned to BYU for law program and acquired his J.D. in 1983.
He constructed a legal career that spans several many years. Martin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Utah and is also licensed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He keeps current club within the Pennsylvania State Bar. Those admissions have allowed him to manage things at both the trial and appellate ranges.
Martin’s early years in practice drew on the analytical habits he developed in two majors. The aggregate of psychology and English knowledgeable how he prepares witnesses, crafts written arguments and structures oral shows. Over time he added court work to appellate filings. He has navigated state and federal procedures and is familiar with the demands of multi-jurisdiction practice.
His expert path led him to set up a small practice beneath his personal name. The Robert C. Martin Law Office has served as his base of operations. There, he has treated a mixture of casework, filings and hearings that mirror the admissions indexed on his credentials. He has also worked on appeals earlier than the Third Circuit when things required federal appellate review.
Colleagues and opposing counsel describe Martin as methodical in his preparation. He has a tendency to rely on careful dossier work and continuous court presentation instead of theatrical tactics. He writes plainly and argues factors directly. Those characteristics have formed a tradition that moves between trial dockets and appellate briefs as conditions require.
