Rand Elliott Pinsky is a certified attorney licensed to practice regulation within the State of California. He was licensed to the California State Bar in 1974. His license is currently in lively status. Mr. Pinsky is of counsel at The Reape-Rickett Law Firm, a household regulation firm positioned in Valencia, California. He has been working as an attorney for over 50 years, serving clients throughout the Santa Clarita Valley and nearby areas.
Mr. Pinsky earned his Juris Doctor diploma from Southwestern University School of Law in 1974. Prior to law school, he finished his undergraduate schooling at California State University, Northridge, receiving a Bachelor of Science diploma in Business Administration in 1971. During his time at Southwestern University, he targeted on family regulation and dispute decision.
Mr. Pinsky concentrates his practice within the areas of household regulation, divorce facilitated negotiation, and opportunity dispute resolution. He represents individuals and families in things involving divorce, child custody, financial child support, alimony, estate division, and paternity. His practice encompasses all levels of litigation and facilitated negotiation, including preliminary case assessment, evidence-gathering process, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pinsky has handled instances in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared earlier than the California Court of Appeal on more than one occasions. Prior to becoming a member of The Reape-Rickett Law Firm in 2020, he used to be the managing attorney of the Divorce Mediation Center of Santa Clarita, the place he expanded his focus on opportunity dispute resolution.
