About Julie
Julie Mack constructed a legal foundation in Southern California. She earned her law degree from California Western School of Law in 1996 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in sociology at California State University, San Bernardino in 1993. Those years set the stage for a career spent in large part inside household courts and conference rooms where events are looking for realistic resolutions.
Admitted to the California bar in 1997, Mack began her career as an associate at Georgine Brave & Associates the same year. She reduce her tooth on the day-to-day work of household law practice. Over time she moved into management roles. By 2006 she used to be a companion at Brave, Weber & Mack, LLP, dealing with courtroom things and client counseling.
Her practice gradually shifted towards mediation and negotiated resolutions. In 2016 she worked as a household law lawyer and mediator (CLS-F) at Julie Mack & Associates. That period marked a clearer tilt faraway from contested legal proceedings and towards dispute decision outside of trial. In 2022 she listed her title as Family Law Mediator at Julie R. Mack, APC, reflecting the subsequent step in a transition towards an impartial mediation practice.
Mack’s work covers the kinds of problems that routinely bring humans to family lawyers: dissolution of marriage, parental custody and visitation, spousal and child support, and division of belongings. She has handled contested hearings and settlement meetings, and she has spent years guiding clients thru negotiation and facilitated negotiation periods. Her experience in each advocacy and impartial facilitated negotiation gives her a practical point of view on what is likely to settle and what is going to require a hearing.
Colleagues and clients have encountered her in courtroom calendars, facilitated negotiation rooms, and resolution tables throughout California. She has maintained lively club within the State Bar of California since 1997. That continuous club underscores a steady presence within the state’s household law community instead of a flash of activity or a brief association.
Today she practices beneath the name Julie Mack Mediation. Her work is centered on helping events resolve family law disputes through mediated agreements and negotiated settlements. She continues to practice in California, offering mediation services in household law matters.
