Pamela B Stuart started her legal journey within the 1960s and carried it into an extended career in legal proceedings and government work. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1970 with a B.A. in political science and earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973. In 1992 she founded Pamela B. Stuart, Lawyer & Counsellor at Law. That step established her as a principal in her personal practice and marked a transition to managing client matters outdoor government.
