About Omar
Omar Almanzar-Paramio started his academic trail at Cornell University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in 2000. He went directly to earn his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004. Those years in Ithaca and New York City set the groundwork for a career cut up between public service and personal practice.
He entered public service shortly after law school. In 2007 he served as an Assistant District Lawyer at the Suffolk County District Lawyer's Office. That role positioned him in courtrooms and in command of case preparation, giving him the front-line experience in criminal matters and court process. He moved into private practice work in 2012 as an affiliate at Clausen Miller, the place he handled a range of civil legal proceedings duties and contributed to litigation preparation and client counseling.
In 2013 he based Almanzar-Paramio Law, LLC and has been the company's proprietor and lead lawyer since. Running a small company modified the scope of his work. He took on case management, client intake, and the enterprise aspect of regulation along court responsibilities. The transition allowed him to tailor offerings to individual clients and to oversee strategy from filing to decision.
Over the years his work has centered on legal proceedings and trial practice. He has treated matters that required motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and settlement discussions. That blend of public and personal knowledge gave him familiarity with both prosecutorial procedure and defense strategy, in addition to civil litigation dynamics from the claimant and defendant perspectives.
He is admitted to practice in New York. Outside the office he has maintained expert contacts and memberships in local legal circles. He has balanced courtroom appearances with office work and client conferences, frequently dealing with numerous levels of a case for my part instead of delegating them.
Today his company operates beneath the call Almanzar-Paramio Law, LLC. He continues to symbolize clients in matters springing up in New York courts, focusing his practice on legal proceedings and trial-associated work in state venues.
