About Neil
Neil Braslow constructed his legal basis in Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2009. He went on to attend the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and received his J.D. in 2012.
After law school he entered personal practice. In 2016 he joined Walters Law Group as an affiliate. There he learned the rhythms of firm life and the work of representing clients across a variety of matters. The role allowed him to handle casework, courtroom preparation and client communication in a busy office placing.
Three years later he moved into company leadership. In 2019 he took at the title of managing partner at Braslow Legal. That position expanded his duties beyond person instances. He oversaw day-to-day operations, managed client intake and helped shape the firm’s strategy to case control. The difference put him in a position that balanced practice with management.
Braslow is certified to practice in both New Jersey and Florida. He has labored on matters that required coordination across state lines and has represented clients in boards in both jurisdictions. His experience includes dealing with client advocacy, drafting pleadings and collaborating in negotiations. He has a tendency to combine pragmatic problem fixing with the procedural work the courts require.
Colleagues describe him as practical and steady in litigation settings. He keeps close awareness to procedural detail and to time limits. He strategies client things with simple verbal exchange, explaining options and probably results. Those habits manual how he runs the office and the way he delegates work to junior lawyers and staff.
Today he serves as managing partner at Braslow Legal. His practice continues to cowl matters in New Jersey and Florida, and he stays active in client representation and company management.
