About Ms. Margaret Peggy Rose

Ms. Margaret Peggy Rose Hoyt constructed a profession at the intersection of law, finance and practical client work. She entered legal practice after completing a sequence of degrees at Stetson University that began with enterprise research and ended with a law degree. Her path combines study room study, court work and opportunity dispute resolution.

Hoyt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Stetson in 1979. She returned to Stetson for a MBA in Finance, awarded in 1981, after which took up legal studies there, receiving her J.D. in 1991. Those degrees underpin a tradition that frequently touches on enterprise concerns as well as household and elder things.

Her early legal experience covered an affiliate role at GrayRobinson in 1994. She moved into partnership roles 3 years later, joining Vose & Blau as a companion in 1997. In 1999 she helped discovered The Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan, LLC, the place she has practiced since. That pass based her as a lawyer who balances company control with client work.

Certifications have turn out to be a prominent function of Hoyt’s expert profile. She holds certification from The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates and in Elder Law. The Florida Supreme Court has certified her as a Florida Circuit Court Mediator, and she serves as an arbitrator for FINRA. Those credentials inform the combination of legal proceedings, planning and dispute resolution she handles.

Outside the office, Hoyt has engaged with professional teams that address estate making plans and senior law. She is a past president of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council and remains lively in that company. She joined ElderCounsel in 2012 and has been a member of WealthCounsel since 2007. Her membership in The Florida Bar dates again to 1994.

Hoyt practices from workplaces that consist of One Senior Place and The Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan, LLC. Her work frequently includes drafting and administering property plans, advising families on elder-law problems, mediating disputes and serving as an arbitrator when business or securities problems occur. She combines a background in finance and management with many years of practice in Florida law.

She presently practices at The Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan, LLC, dealing with property planning, elder law, facilitated negotiation and related things.
