Nathan Aaron Perea is a certified attorney licensed to practice regulation in the State of California. He used to be licensed to the California State Bar in 2005. His license is currently in lively standing. Mr. Perea is the managing attorney at Perea Law, APC, a law company located in Temecula, California. He has been practicing law for over two decades, serving clients throughout Southern California, particularly in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Mr. Perea earned his Juris Doctor diploma from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, graduating in 2003. Prior to law program, he finished his undergraduate education on the University of California, Santa Cruz, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics in 1997. During his time at UCSC, he participated within the Chancellor's Undergraduate Internship Program, serving as a student liaison with the University's housing branch. At Lewis & Clark, he acquired a scholarship from the Oregon State Bar Association and clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.
Mr. Perea concentrates his practice in the areas of enterprise transactions, property transactions, construction contracts, employment law, elder abuse, private damage, and estate making plans. He advocates for people and agencies in matters involving contract violation, fiduciary duty violation, premises liability, defective product claims, negligent hiring, negligent supervision, and nursing home abuse. His practice encompasses all levels of litigation, which includes initial case assessment, evidence-gathering process, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in each state and federal courts.
Throughout his profession, Mr. Perea has treated cases within the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has additionally appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Prior to founding his own company, he worked as an affiliate at a public entity protection company in Southern California.
Mr. Perea is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association and the San Bernardino County Bar Association. He has received numerous philanthropic awards, which includes the Unforgettables Foundation’s Heart Award for commendable philanthropic things to do in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. He has also acquired Certificates of Recognition for his philanthropic work from State Senator Richard D. Roth, the County of San Bernardino, and the California State Legislature Assembly.
