About Jacob
Jacob Stipp built his legal basis within the Midwest and at the West Coast. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington in 2003. He later completed his legal research at Golden Gate University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2010.
After law program he based his practice in California. He is authorized to practice in that state. In 2016 he took on the position of owner and managing lawyer at Stipp Law Office APC. That role marked a shift from associate-degree work to running a small law firm. Managing clients, staff and the every day operations of a practice have become part of his regimen.
Over the years Stipp has cultivated ties to local and statewide legal organizations. He holds membership in Consumer Lawyers of San Diego and Consumer Lawyers of California, each since 2010. He joined the North County Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association in the same year. For a duration he participated within the Enright Inn of Court from 2013 to 2014. These affiliations mirror his engagement with the plaintiff-side trial bar and with expert networks in San Diego and northern San Diego County.
His court work and client files have emphasized consumer things and civil legal proceedings. That emphasis aligns with his memberships and the instances his office has a tendency to manage. He appears in state courts throughout southern California and handles pretrial and trial work when important. His approach is practical. He makes a speciality of case preparation, attorney-client communication and resolving disputes through resolution or trial when appropriate.
Colleagues and clients come upon a lawyer who manages each casework and the business of a small company. He balances intake, motions, discovery and court appearances. He also oversees administrative features that keep the office running. That dual role has formed his daily practice rhythms.
Stipp keeps offices in Temecula and Carlsbad. Those locations position him to serve clients across a wide stretch of San Diego and Riverside counties. He continues to participate in nearby bar things to do and claimant-side organizations while keeping a caseload that reflects his consumer safety emphasis.
In his recent practice he represents individuals in consumer and civil litigation matters and manages the firm he based.
