About Nancy Carol
Nancy Carol Nissen is a partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC in White Plains, New York, where she makes a speciality of family and matrimonial regulation, as well as employment law. She has been working as an attorney for over 30 years, having been licensed to the New York State Bar in 1994. She earned her law degree from New York Law School in 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
Her legal career started with the City of New York, handling household regulation matters, which includes cases of neglect and abuse. At Tully Rinckey PLLC, Nancy advocates for clients in lots of household and matrimonial matters, which includes divorce proceedings, severance agreements, parental custody and visitation changes, and child support litigation. She also assists clients with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, in addition to parenting agreements.
In addition to her litigation experience, Nancy is an educated Divorce Mediator, committed to helping clients get to the bottom of disputes through opportunity dispute decision.
