About Mark Winston
Mark Winston Bobb constructed a profession that spans two nations and multiple branches of legal work. He completed a LL.M. at Florida International University College of Law in 2018, following the Law Practice Program at Ryerson University in 2017 and a LL.B. from Oxford Brookes University in 2013. Before turning to law he earned a MBA in 2010 and a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2008 from St. Thomas University.
His early career combined legal support roles with positions in business and advertising. While nevertheless in faculty he worked in circulation services at St. Thomas University School of Law in 2006 and later served as a regulation clerk at Hightower & Partners in 2009. He moved into project control and marketing roles within the following years, which includes a project supervisor role at Liquid Asset Partners, LLC in 2010 and a regional legal advertising director role at Digital Age Marketing Group in 2011.
Bobb’s practical legal background persisted through internships and consulting work. He used to be a legal intern at Accenture in 2012 and at Pennington Manches LLP in 2013. That same yr he labored as a control consultant for US Lawyers. In 2017 he finished a student-at-regulation placement at Equitable Bank and started practicing as Mark W. Bobb, Lawyer at Law. He later worked as a paralegal at Luis E. Barreto & Associates, P.A. and served as a regulation fellow and case supervisor at Florida International University College of Law in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
He holds memberships within the Ontario Bar and the New York State Bar, and is listed with more than one bar institutions including the American Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. He is also a certified household mediator through the Florida Supreme Court. Bobb keeps notary public credentials in Ontario, New York and Florida.
In 2019 he opened The Bobb Law Office PLLC and is listed because the company’s lawyer. His practice history shows work on each facets of the Canada–U.S. border, and his expert affiliations mirror activity in Ontario and New York since the late 2010s.
Colleagues describe him as someone who has combined formal law school training and a chain of in-workplace roles to build a small practice.
