About Mr. Lloyd G. Grandy
Mr. Lloyd G. Grandy II built his basis within the study room. He earned a B.A. in Government and Canadian Studies from St. Lawrence University in 1991 and returned there for a Master of Education in Counseling in 1999. He completed his legal research at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2002.
Grandy moved into practice quickly following law school. His earliest indexed position is as an affiliate at Anderson Stull & Associates in 2003. He spent time as an associate with Lekki Hill Duprey & Bhatt, P.C. starting in 2009, work that broadened his knowledge in personal practice and client representation.
Public service has been a recurring thread in his career. He served as an assistant district lawyer in the St. Lawrence County District Lawyer’s Office on two occasions, first in 2007 and again in 2013. Those roles placed him in courtroom rooms and in charge of prosecutorial responsibilities, giving him repeated trial exposure and a near view of local felony procedures.
In 2014 he joined Carlisle Law Office, PC as a shareholder. That pass marked a step into company management and practice control. His title reflects responsibility for both client work and company operations. Colleagues and clients have famous his continuous presence on the firm since that point.
Grandy is admitted to practice in New York and Michigan, and he is also licensed to the bar of the U.S. highest court. Those credentials permit him to appear in state and federal proceedings and to handle cases that reach higher appellate levels.
He has been lively in local and state legal organizations. He served as president of the St. Lawrence County Bar Association beginning in 2014 and continues to be concerned in that affiliation. He additionally holds club within the New York State Magistrates Association, a connection he has maintained since 2010.
Over the years his work has combined trial experience from his time as an assistant district lawyer with the duties of personal practice and company management. He maintains an active role within the legal community and in local bar governance. He presently concentrates his practice at Carlisle Law Office, PC on matters springing up in New York and federal courts.
