Mr. Jeffrey Robert Pratz constructed a legal path that begins in classrooms and moves steadily into courtrooms and workplaces. He earned a J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2005 after finishing twin bachelor’s degrees at Rowan University in 1997—one in Criminal Law and Justice and one in Psychology—and a minor in Philosophy.
