About Michelle Patricia

Michelle Patricia Ferlito combined an early curiosity in storytelling with legal training. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative and Professional Writing from Manhattanville College in 2013. She then became to regulation, finishing her J.D. at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2018. Those years shaped both how she writes and how she argues.

While at Touro, she labored as an intern to the general counsel at Bethpage Federal Credit Union. That placement placed her inside the every day operations of a monetary organization. She handled studies, reviewed contracts and assisted on compliance-related projects. The internship gave practical publicity to banking and regulatory matters and to client-dealing with legal work.

After law program she became active in New York’s legal community and holds club within the State Bar of New York. She additionally keeps ties to Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, participating in alumni things to do. Colleagues and previous classmates cite her clear writing and continuous court way. She has used classroom training and practical knowledge to build a practice that operates under New York regulation.

Her expert base is Ferlito Law Group, P.C., where she practices regulation and manages client matters. The firm handles a variety of legal matters on behalf of people and agencies. At the company she drafts court filings, negotiates resolutions and advises clients on procedural and substantive questions. She attributes much of her early expert improvement to hands-on roles at some point of law program and to ongoing work at the company.

Outside the workplace she remains engaged with ongoing legal training and local bar activities. She participates in seminars and workshops that address statutory updates and procedural modifications in state practice. At Ferlito Law Group, P.C., she advocates for clients in things arising under New York regulation and manages a caseload that consists of transactional and litigation duties.
