About Michelle Amelia
Michelle Amelia Ferrer mixed legal training and business study early in her career. She earned a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2007 and later completed a MBA at American University. Her undergraduate work took place at Fordham University. The blend of degrees gave her equipment for practice and for operating a regulation company.
After law program she based herself in two nearby jurisdictions. She holds membership within the State Bar of New Jersey and the State Bar of New York. She has been a member of the State Bar of New Jersey since 2008. She is also a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
In 2010 she helped begin Ferrer Goldfine Law Group, serving as a founding partner. The company began beneath a diverse call, Plata Ferrer & Gutierrez LLC, and evolved into its current form over time. At the company she took on management duties common to a founding member, helping shape workplace operations and client intake.
Her work crosses state lines. She handles matters that occur under New York and New Jersey law and coordinates aspects of cases that touch each states. Colleagues describe her as methodical in making ready files and planned in court and transactional settings. She draws on each her law training and her enterprise degree when advising clients on practical outcomes.
Outside the workplace she has remained concerned in bar institutions that mirror her practice geography and network ties. She maintains a lively club in the expert teams that serve attorneys throughout New Jersey and New York, and she participates within the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
Her recent practice is based at Ferrer Goldfine Law Group and facilities on serving clients in matters arising in New York and New Jersey.
