Michael Levine started his educational journey at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, graduating in 1979. He continued his research at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and earned his juris physician in 1983. Those years established a steady bridge from a liberal arts schooling into the practice of regulation.
