About Michael G. Page
Michael G. Page Jr. earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2005. He completed law program at a time when many new lawyers started their careers behind the bench and in small companies. His path observed that pattern. He moved into clerkships that gave him continuous exposure to courtroom procedures and case preparation early on.
His first post-graduate position used to be as a law clerk at Schnaare Law Office in 2005. That role concerned legal research, drafting memoranda and helping with client intake. Two years later he served as a regulation clerk at Langston Law, Chartered, where he spent more time observing court appearances and helping put together trial materials. Those early years provided realistic training in legal proceedings fundamentals and dossier management.
In 2008 he began practicing under the name Michael Page Jr., Lawyer at Law. He set up a personal practice and treated a mixture of matters for people and local agencies. Running a small office required him to balance client work with administrative duties. He took duty for client communications, court filings, pleadings and courtroom appearances, often managing numerous matters at once.
Page is licensed to practice in each Kansas and Missouri. He has maintained his practice across the ones jurisdictions. That dual licensure means he is able to constitute clients in state-degree matters on each sides of the border. Familiarity with the procedural rules and local courthouses in each state is a practical asset for clients who work or live near state lines.
Colleagues and former supervising attorneys describe him as methodical in legal research and practical in courtroom preparation. His clerkship knowledge translated into a steady strategy to drafting and motion work. Over time he built a regimen of preparing for proceedings, handling discovery and advising clients on procedural alternatives. He tends to emphasise clear verbal exchange and setting honest expectations for results.
Today Page operates a private practice under his own call. He continues to handle litigation-related duties, client consultations and case management in Kansas and Missouri. He maintains an active role in representing and advising clients in state matters, serving groups in each jurisdictions.
