About Matthew Scott
Matthew Scott Waring began his trail to regulation after studying economics. He earned a B.A. in economics from the University of North Florida in 2010 and went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Florida in 2013. Those years shaped the practical and analytical side of his approach to litigation.
His early profession started right now after law school. In 2013 he joined Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. as a legal proceedings lawyer. That position placed him in a hectic practice handling client disputes and court matters. In 2017 he moved to a giant plaintiff’s personal injury regulation office, where he persisted to manage litigation and developed experience representing individuals in personal injury claims.
In 2019 he opened his personal company, Waring Law. Running his personal practice required moving among the courtroom and the many responsibilities of running a small company. He treated case intake, client counseling and courtroom preparation whilst overseeing the enterprise aspect of the workplace.
In 2023 he took on a new title as a shareholder and managing member at Fairway Law Group. That position further management responsibilities and a position in company governance. The chronology of roles — from affiliate legal proceedings attorney to founder, then to shareholder and manager — indicates a continuous expansion of legal and administrative responsibilities over more than a decade.
Waring’s practice history is rooted in litigation, especially at the plaintiff aspect of personal damage things. His knowledge consists of pretrial research, filing and responding to motions, evidence-gathering process, and trial work. He has labored on a range of civil disputes that require court presence and negotiation on behalf of clients.
Outside casework, he has maintained expert club in an affiliation starting in 2013 and persevering with to the gift. That ongoing participation has kept him connected to developments in practice and to peers in the Florida legal network.
He keeps workplaces under the Waring Law call and continues to serve clients in Florida. He concentrates his current practice on private injury litigation and related civil matters.
