Mark J Rose constructed a basis in both engineering and enterprise before turning to law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg in 2005. He then pursued graduate study at Stetson University, completing a M.S. and a M.B.A. in 2006 and finishing the Stetson University College of Law program the same yr. That blend of technical and enterprise training informs how he strategies complicated disputes today.
Rose’s early legal work started in 2007, when he took on more than one law clerk roles at companies which includes Brasfield, Fuller & Freeman, P.A. and Prugh & Associates, P.A. He also served as a federal litigation intern in the Office of the U.S. Trustee on the Department of Justice that year. Within the Florida Defense Lawyers Association he served as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Committee from 2014 to 2015, and later sat at the board of administrators from 2015 to 2018. He is also licensed as a county mediator by the Florida highest court.

He combines the technical background from his undergraduate research with business training and courtroom experience to evaluate risk and determine problems early.
