About Mark Preston
Mark Preston Albright earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Albright College in 1979. He went directly to receive his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 1982. Those educational foundations introduced him to each personal-sector work and public service in Pennsylvania.
After law school, Albright moved into company legal work. In 1987 he served as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for Great Valleys Savings Bank. The position positioned him at the intersection of banking operations and regulatory compliance. He worked on things that required attention to corporate governance and transactional detail.
Albright later shifted to public administration. In 2004 he used to be named Executive Director of the Lehigh County Office of Aging & Adult Services. In that post he oversaw the office’s administration and packages aimed toward older adults and vulnerable populations within the county. The appointment broadened his experience in problems affecting seniors, caregivers, and nearby authorities systems.
He has maintained lively involvement in local and specialty bar groups. He is a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County and the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1994. He joined the Northampton County Bar Association in 2012. He has been part of the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley since 2013 and became a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys in 2014. Those affiliations reflect a sustained engagement with property planning and elder law subjects over many years.
Albright practices regulation in Pennsylvania and has mixed private practice, corporate counsel work, and public service across his profession. He operates beneath the call Law Offices of Mark P. Albright. His background consists of transactional and organizational work at a financial institution and program leadership at the county degree, offering him with a range of views when advising clients.
His recent practice concentrates on elder law and property planning things, including related counseling and record preparation.
