Linda Jeanne Linton is a licensed attorney licensed to practice regulation in California and Nevada. She used to be licensed to the California State Bar in 1995. She advocates for clients in matters involving flora and fauna conservation, environmental regulations, and administrative hearings. Her practice encompasses all levels of legal proceedings, including hearings, appeals, legal proceedings, bargaining sessions, and trials in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her profession, Ms. Linton has handled instances in the Superior Court of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She has also appeared before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. highest court. Prior to founding her own company, she worked as a paralegal helping medical malpractice protection trial attorneys, mining and gaming lawyers, and later as a lawyer representing mavens in litigation and company formation.
Ms. Linton is a member in good standing of the California State Bar and the Nevada State Bar. She is likewise a member of the Washoe County Bar Association. She is fluent in written French, permitting her to serve a numerous clientele effectively.
