Kathy Gayle Neumann is a certified attorney licensed to practice regulation within the State of California. She was licensed to the California State Bar in 1997. Her license is presently in active status. Ms. Neumann is the principal attorney on the Law Office of Kathy G. Neumann, a law firm with offices in Westlake Village and Sherman Oaks, California. She has been working as an attorney for over twenty-eight years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Ms. Neumann earned her Juris Doctor diploma from the University of La Verne College of Law in 1996. Prior to law program, she completed her undergraduate schooling at the University of La Verne, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. During her time on the University of La Verne College of Law, she was actively involved in various student organizations and participated within the faculty's medical law school training software.

Ms. Neumann concentrates her practice in the areas of household regulation, which includes divorce, child custody, financial child support, alimony, and family violence. She represents people and households in things involving marital dissolution, child custody disputes, baby and spousal support calculations, and safety from family violence. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement discussions, and trial hearings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Neumann has handled instances within the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the Superior Court of California for the County of Ventura, the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, and the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on more than one events. Prior to founding her own firm, she labored as an affiliate at a mid-size household law company in Westlake Village for 5 years.

Ms. Neumann is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the place she served as a trustee from 2014 to 2018. She is also a member of the California State Bar Association. She has received in depth facilitated negotiation education from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and has attended severa additional mediation trainings at the Center for Civic Mediation. Ms. Neumann is fluent in English and Spanish, permitting her to serve the numerous groups of Southern California successfully.
