About John Jack
John Jack Randall educated first as a police officer and then moved into regulation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Governmental Administration from Christopher Newport University in 2000 and finished his law degree at Regent University School of Law in 2004. Those academic years set the stage for a career that crosses public service and private practice.
His earliest professional position used to be with the Virginia Beach Department of Police in 1997. That the front-line experience preceded his entry into the justice system as an Assistant Commonwealth's Lawyer in 2004 for the Southampton/City of Franklin Office of the Commonwealth's Lawyer. In that prosecutorial position he worked at the county level and learned court process from the authorities aspect.
Randall moved into private practice within the late 2000s. He became a partner at Stallings & Bischoff P.C. in 2008. In 2015 he joined Stallings, Bush & Randall as a companion, and 3 years later he helped establish or join Randall, Page & Bruch P.C. as a companion in 2018. Those years mirror a steady development from associate-level practice to company management and partnership duties.
Beyond casework, he has stored a lively presence in expert and community organizations. He has been a member of the Isle of Wight, City of Suffolk, and Southampton/City of Franklin bar institutions since 2008 and 2004 respectively. He joined the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Ethics Committee in 2020 and remains on that committee. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Courtland Youth Athletic Association since 2010 and was at the Southampton Academy board from 2008 till 2021. He is likewise a member of Franklin Masonic Lodge No. 151 AF/AM and has been involved with the Western Tidewater Community Service Board since 2014.
Randall, Page & Bruch P.C. operates regional offices across southeastern Virginia. The firm's locations include Courtland, Suffolk, Emporia, Brunswick, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. Randall’s position as a partner involves overseeing things that arise in those communities and representing clients through the nearby court systems.
As of 2026 he practices at Randall, Page & Bruch P.C., handling legal issues out of the company’s regional workplaces in Virginia. His practice stays centered on serving clients through the firm's nearby presence and his years of knowledge in each public and private roles.
