About Jennifer
Jennifer Dearborn constructed her legal foundation at two northeastern faculties. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Connecticut in 2009. She went on to complete her law degree at Rutgers School of Law–Newark in 2012.
Her earliest expert role following law school was a clerkship. In 2012 she served as law clerk to the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt, J.S.C., at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Passaic County. That year in chambers put her inside the day-to-day of trial court practice. She worked on motions, reviewed records and observed evidentiary proceedings, gaining the front-line experience in state court process.
In 2013 she joined Fronzuto Law Group as an affiliate attorney. Her time there followed court exposure with hands-on litigation work. She has treated filings, drafted court filings and took part in proceedings. Colleagues notice a steady approach to case preparation and an emphasis on clean legal writing.
She is licensed to the bars of New Jersey and New York and is authorized to practice before the Federal Circuit. That mix of admissions lets her take matters in state courts and pursue appeals at the federal appellate degree when appropriate. The aggregate of trial and appellate access shapes how she strategies legal strategy.
Outside of company work she remains engaged regionally. She holds club in the Passaic County Bar Association. Participation in the bar has provided networking and persevering with education possibilities that feed back into her practice. Early publicity to trial scheduling and court procedure at some point of her clerkship continues to tell how she manages deadlines and client expectations.
Her profession path shows a common arc in legal proceedings-orientated practice: classroom training, courtroom-side apprenticeship and then private practice. At Fronzuto Law Group she applies the ones elements to the matters assigned to her, moving files through evidence-gathering process and toward decision when possible. She continues to seem in state and federal hearings as her caseload demands.
She currently practices at Fronzuto Law Group, where she handles litigation in state and federal courts.
