About Brendan

Brendan McCarthy constructed a continuous professional legal career that moves from countrywide lecture rooms to federal courtrooms and into private practice. He studied at the University of Notre Dame for both undergraduate and law school, receiving a B.A. in 2000 and a J.D. in 2004. After law program McCarthy headed into public service. By 2013 he used to be serving as an Assistant U.S. Lawyer within the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Montana.
