About Jeffrey Bennett
Jeffrey Bennett Cullers built his legal basis through two rigorous packages. He earned a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2008 and returned to graduate study at The University of Denver Sturm College of Law, completing a LL.M. in Natural Resources and Environmental Law in 2010. Those years of learn about formed the technical side of his practice and gave him specialised education in environmental and resource issues.
He entered personal practice now not long after finishing his degrees. In 2015 he joined Herms & Herrera, LLC as an affiliate and later have become a companion. In 2022 he and a colleague established Herms & Cullers, LLC, where he holds the title of partner. He is admitted to practice in each Texas and Colorado, and he has maintained membership within the Larimer County Bar Association since 2015.
Cullers’s LL.M. informs the kinds of things he takes on. He attracts on that education when advising clients on environmental and regulatory questions. His work often touches on the intersection of law and herbal assets, including administrative processes and compliance matters tied to the environment. He handles each transactional and administrative elements of these problems, instead of litigating solely in courtroom.

He currently practices as a partner at Herms & Cullers, LLC, where he focuses on environmental and herbal resources things and related regulatory work.
